How do I access courses?

After purchase, you will receive an email with access instructions. Courses are available 24/7 from your account dashboard and continue to work across devices.

  • Check spam/promotions folders if you don’t see the email within 10 minutes.
  • If you used Apple/Google sign-in, make sure you’re logged into the same method.
Do you offer refunds?

Unless specified on the purchase page, sales are final. If you ran into access issues or a billing mistake, contact support and we’ll investigate quickly.

Tip: include your order email and the last 4 digits of your payment method (if available) to speed up verification.

What languages are supported?

Course audio is in English. Many courses include subtitles in multiple languages where available, and we continuously expand subtitle coverage.

If you need a specific language for a team, use the contact form—volume customers can request priority subtitle tracks.

Are captions available?

Yes. We provide caption files and styling guidelines for readability, including safe margins, contrast suggestions, and multi-line timing rules.

If you’re exporting for TikTok/Shorts, enable “burn-in safe area” in your editor and avoid placing text under UI overlays.

Do you offer team plans?

Yes. We can provide team access, volume licensing, and onboarding support for studios and in-house marketing teams.

What are the system requirements?

You need a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and a stable internet connection. For editing practice, we recommend 16GB RAM, an SSD, and a dedicated GPU if you work with 4K timelines.

Streaming quality auto-adjusts; you can also lower playback quality to reduce buffering.

Is my payment information stored on this site?

No. Payment processing is handled by secure payment providers. We only retain limited order metadata needed for support, receipts, and access control.
