Clear rules for learning, buying, and using our materials

These Terms govern your use of VideoCraft Academy (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account integrity

• Do not share your password or course access with others.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
• We may require verification for security or compliance reasons.

Paid products grant you personal, non-transferable access to the purchased course(s) for the period stated at checkout (or, if not stated, while the Service remains available).

Billing rules

• All sales are final unless a refund policy is explicitly presented at the time of purchase.
• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the provided payment method.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate suspension of access.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.

The Service may include videos, templates, project files, text, graphics, and other materials (“Content”). Content is licensed, not sold, to you for personal learning.

You may not

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display Content without written permission.
• Remove watermarks, ownership marks, or access controls.
• Use Content to build a competing product or course library.

User submissions

If you submit assignments, feedback, or community posts, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process those submissions for operating and improving the Service. You remain responsible for what you post.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may use cookies and similar technologies to provide the Service, keep it secure, and improve performance according to your preferences.

• Security cookies help prevent fraud and keep sessions safe.
• Analytics cookies (optional) help us understand usage to improve content and UX.

The Service and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitations

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or user-generated content.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim, where allowed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via an in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
